Mobile IP address says I am located in far away from where I am

my IP address is saying I am located in far away cities from where I actually live.

My bank sends push notifications to my phone, which I have to click on to allow access to my online banking. It shows a city that is far away from me. This never used to happen.

I think maybe I got hacked. What can I do?

That is definitely strange. If you believe that you have been a victim of Fraud or have been hacked; Check out our support page Do you suspect fraud? What to do nextOpens in a new tab or window to learn where to contact in those scenarios.

Posting here while I figure out what to do. Two days ago it appears someone was able to convince Virgin mobile they were me. I received an email requesting info change on my account, which I know was not me. I logged on, changed my account password, and updated my security information. However, my SIM has been associated with a different phone (I own a Google Pixel 6, it is now associated with an iPhone 15), the plan was changed, and my SIM no longer allows calls. As such, I cannot call the support line, the online chat no longer seems to be working, and I can't find an email I should use to reach out to Virgin and get this resolved. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction here. To emphsaize, I cannot make calls from this phone as I do not have WiFi calling set up, and hilariously I cannot enable this without receiving a text message, which I cannot do because my SIM is not associated with this phone and is no longer working.

The exact samething has happened to me with a iPhone 15 as well. Change my password as well and suspended my service with this telephone number. My profile as several changes as well. Going to a store in person for help tomorrow (even though it's some distance away).
