I moved from keswick, ontario to london, ontario recently, i now have bad reception

In order to help troubleshoot your reception issues can you share the following with the Community:

  • What phone(s) do you have, and what OS version are you running? 
  • Are you experiencing reception issues indoors/outdoors or both?
  • Are you having any specific problems related to the bad reception (dropped calls, delayed texts, static on the line, ect)?
