Why do only B list phones show up for an eligible upgrade? Especially since there doesn't seem to be any reason to use the upgrade process, as I can just cancel my plan and start a new one and the new plan will waive the $50 activation fee anyways, the only real difference seems to be that it's a minor inconvenience to have to switch phones manually.
