Is there a better service available? 3 voicemails is pretty chintzy as well as just wanting to skip past the reciting of the phone number of the call I just missed (I already know who it was..), fast forward to the end of the message so I can simply 'delete'. or a link for shortcuts . But, yeah, more capacity..

The links make reference to Voicemail 10 and Voicemail 25. I think Voicemail 10 and 25 lets you get 10/25 vm, but.. there doesn't appear to be anyway to just 'add-on' - no hypertext links. Lots of other data, call, and roaming things you can just click and add, but these option to add VM10 or 25 doesn't exist ..With Voicemail via MMS, I still have to call in to delete the message after you've created the technology to covert to MMS, but don't allow one to just, say, reply '7' to delete?

Is there a way to get more messages in my mailbox? Never have I ever had a message that my mailbox was full with my previous provider!

Is there a way to change the default voicemail number. Can I divert the callers when my mobile is not reachable or busy to another voicemail number?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
Voicemail is linked to your account and can't be associated with a different number, unless you activate Call Forwarding.
Call Forwarding will redirect your call to another number of your choosing.
To set up Call Forwarding and/or other calling features, check out the How To Use Calling Features article on our website.

I agree, I don't need to hear the entire phone number of whoever called every time I want to check my VM. Waste of time. Further, Virgin, can you just have the VM say the name of the person who called (i.e., a la caller ID)?

Virgin has still not fixed how one can selfserve add-on to VM10 or 25. Is someone there who can fix this.

I have called your customer service many times regarding only able to have three messages and still not fixed. What’s the solution if it’s not followed through on, on virgins end
3 voicemails is ridiculous and definitely not acceptable

As you can see under any rate plan description, 3 voicemails is the standard.
There are a few extra features (with an additional cost) that can be added to your plan to add more voicemail capacity as shown above.

Why is virgin so vague on the topic of extra voice mail messges? We see VM10 and VM25 mentioned here but Virgn reps will not provide details and/or availability.
3 VM message is inadequate for alot of people. My wife would like more but Virgin is being so evasive about it.
Is additional VM messages available?
