Modem (Vincent) received, installed and running, but not registered

I just opened an account with VirginPlus and received my modem on Thursday morning. I disconnected my previous carrier's modem, and connected "Vincent." After reconfiguring itself with a couple of reboots (I just watched it do its thing), it connected and I've been up and running since. However, this morning I received the following text, which is puzzling as I've been up and running since Thursday afternoon (today is Saturday).
"Salut Membre, voici un petit rappel : veuillez installer votre équipement internet de Virgin Plus. Vous trouverez les instructions étape par étape dans l'appli MonCompte : https://m.vpc.ca/indications ( vpc.ca/anotresujet )"

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues with your new Vincent modem. If so, could you answer a few questions and provide further details?

  • When following the link provided to your My Account profile, what do you see? Are you able to repeat the steps for self-activation?
  • Otherwise, have you tried giving our Virtual Repair ToolOpens in a new tab or window a try?
  • If you reboot Vincent, are you still getting the same message?
  • Lastly, have you tried a factory reset? If you're unsure as to how, check out our Support page on VincentOpens in a new tab or window, select How to reset my Vincent modem to factory settings, and follow the instructions provided.

Well. I'm connected using the VirginPlus modem and have no problems with that. I'm just curious because it's not showing up properly. I also downgraded from my Bell 1.
5Gb connection to a 500Mb package with Virgin, yet my new VirMy Vincent speedtests.My Vincent speedtests.gin "Vincent" is giving me even greater speeds today.
My Bell services were cut on the morning of the 29th even though I installed the modem on the 28th when my Virgin contract started.
