Problem entering topup amount on web site for prepaid account.

We encountered a problem on 2021-10-07 when using the web site to enter an Interac payment on a prepaid  account.

We normally top up this account by $35/month. Today the web server refused to accept a dollar amount of less than $50. Amounts of $50 or more were accepted without complaint.

This problem appeared sometime in the last month.

Your prompt attention to this matter would be appreciated.

I’ve got the same problem.  This has been an issue for months using a credit card, but the first since I started using Interac.
