I used the auto diagnosis from my account app because my Wi-Fi has been working intermittently, and the app found an issue outside equipment check, but its supposed that I need to call for a technician, if its outside and its not in my home, and the app has detected the issue, why do i need call and make an appointment for the technician. Do i need to be at home even if its outside?

Yes, you still need to call and make the appointment as our field tech are not able to access our members property without their consent and they need to be present in order to complete testing (if needed) once the repair have been done.
