Bring up the number/dial pad
Press and hold 1, on your cell phone
Enter PIN when prompted,
4, 3, 1 listen to the options. Record new or use standard.
Forgot you PIN, will need to reset your voice-mail.
MY ACCOUNT APP
Go to My Account using your phone's browser or download and open the My Account app.
Tap on My plan & add-ons.
Tap on the Add-on settings tab.
Hit the Reset PIN button.
Enter email address to receive confirmation and hit the Continue button.
Voila! You’ll need your temporary PIN to access your voicemail so before you forget it...hit the Access voicemail now button. Once you’re in, you’ll be asked to choose a new PIN.

Trying to check my carrier, Voicemail That shows messages. It did not accept the existing pin number which was correct according to my account. I reset it. It is not accepted either. I waited some time and tried it again, but it’s not accepted. What do I do?
