Restore a suspended account

My account was suspended 4 days ago for late payment. I wanted to pay my bill now by credit card but when I access my account it says account is closed and the balance due amount is 0.00 and it says no bill to pay. How can I restore my service. I have been a client for 10 years

It sounds like your account is cancelled, not suspended. In both cases, a member isn't able to reactivate their account on their own. As the Community is also a peer-to-peer support system, our members here largely can't intervene in account specific matters.

To have your account reactivated, you'll need to speak to a representative. Take a look at our Contact Us page to see the best means to do so.

I paid the balance of 219.57 that I was asked to pay to have my services restored and I was promised that and I log on and it says that I owe another 580$ and that my services arent being reactivated what kind of game is this? I demand a resolution or im going to have to file a complaint
