I am trying to access Crave but am no longer able to. When I in try to sign in with my credentials I get a pink bar with a red circle in the top left corner. I am not sure how to fix this problem. Any suggestions?

I actually figured out how to sign-in to Crave. The way I was doing it was signing in using "TV provider" in there Crave app. And then clicked on"Virgin Plus" -> my Virgin Plus credentials -> which was why I was getting the error as the original post by @teacher.
I personally don't have a TV account through Virgin. I have a cell phone account with Virgin. So the way I was doing it was incorrect.
What I did do though was made a Bell account only for sign-in credentials. All done through the same portal through the Chrome browser on my phone. -> then I signed in using my Bell credentials. -> through the browser at the Bell website (see my next reply for website). I then was able to link my Virgin subscription for Crave at the Bell website. *See screenshot:

Here is the website where I was able to link my Virgin Plus subscription for Crave via Bell's website: https://account.bellmedia.ca/account/partners/ Link works, I tested it. At the Web link that I provided, just follow the instructions. Enter your email address -> click "Continue" -> for the password I clicked on "Forgot password" -> it'll then ask you to enter your email address so you can reset password -> when you receive the email there will be a link in the email to "reset password" -> make strong password -> click "continue" -> once signed in click the menu at the top left -> click on "provider Linking" -> Finally select provider "Virgin Plus".
I sure hope this information helps others who run into the same issue.

That does sound strange. For the Community to be better able to assist, could you please provide some more details?
- What device are you trying to log into Crave with? Is this happening with multiple devices, or just one?
- Do you share your account with multiple people (friends and family, etc)? If so, are they experiencing the same issue?
- If trying to access via a web browser, have you tried clearing your cookies and cache?
- If using an app, have you made sure you have the most up to date version of said app? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling said app?
- Are you receiving any explicit error code or message when having this issue?
Lastly, if you could please provide a screenshot of your screen when trying to log in and getting this pink square / red circle, it would be greatly appreciated.

I too am currently experiencing the same log-in issue as the original post (Teacher). This is my first time downloading Crave onto my Google Pixel 9 and first time trying to sign into Crave. I have tried all the things that you originally suggested. Any other suggestions?

I did all of the steps suggested to sign in for the free CRAVE subscription. Great.
Then I went to the CRAVE app on my TV, and it asks for a PIN. Nothing in the set up had a place to set up a PIN for this subscription. Why can't this subscription be easier to set up?
Please provide more information for this.

I am trying to sign up for creating a Crave account in order to watch the 44 matches of the FIFA world cup but I can not access to create it. There is not a subscribe or sign up bottom.

Hmm, I can't activate this offer, it always errors out once it goes to the Bell activation page. Help!

when i linked to bell media for the crave subscription it links my accounts but says subscription none available.

None of those solutions have worked for me… screen grabs of what I’m getting when I log in to my virgin account, activate, land on Crave/Bell, log in and refreshes to provider link, click virgin but there’s no subscription even though Virgin says I do (first pic) and it basically forces me into a loop back to start (either via clicking the “VISIT VIRGIN PLUS” or “UNLINK” button) with no resolution. I’ve called Virgin and they say I need to call Bell… I call Bell and they say a tech needs to call be back but it’s been 6 business days with no call back. Bell Media sucks.
My account Virgin dashboard
Sends me to Bell to verify
after logging in I select Virgin
But it shows no subscription with only option to go back to virgin plus website… looping back
