Query on roam sweet roam add-on

I am on sweet pay 150 GB plan in Canada and my add-on shows roam sweet roam at $0.00 charge. However, the message I got on my mobile is that roam sweet roam os charged at $16/day. so will roam sweet be chargeable to me while travelling or will it be free?

Roam Sweet Roam is attached to your plan as a $0 add-on when inside Canada, and will be $16/day upon arriving at your international destination and connecting to a local network. Roaming is set up this way at an account level to make the transition between Canada -> Airplane mode -> Local network as seamless as possible.
