Pre-authorized payment credit - how do I tell it's applied?

I upgraded my phone plan to 175gb for $46 because of a promo offer. It said it's $56 a month but $10 off if you have pre authorization payments. I already had that set up. When I got my contract it says it $56 a month. Does that mean I'm going to be charged the $56 instead of 46? Thanks so much for your help!!

Your plan itself will remain as $56/month - the pre-authorized payments offer is applied as a credit after the fact. When you see your monthly bill, you'll still see $56/month, and then underneath it will be a $10/month credit applied. 

If you're otherwise unsure, check out our Support page Getting the Autopay credit on VirginPlus.ca to ensure you meet all of the criteria to receive the credit. 

Note: if you've registered a pre-authorized credit card payment it will not work as this promotional credit only applies to pre-authorized bank account payments.
