How to Reset Your Voicemail PIN
If you've forgotten your voicemail PIN, you can easily reset it in minutes. Follow the steps below using either the My Account web portal or the My Account app.
Using the My Account Web Portal
- Log in to the Virgin Plus My Account web portal.
- Navigate to the "My plan & add-ons" section.
- Find the "Voicemail PIN" option and select "Reset PIN".
- Check your email for a temporary PIN. Use it to access your voicemail, where you will be prompted to create a new and permanent PIN.
Using the My Account App
- Open the Virgin Plus My Account app and select your phone number.
- Tap on "Manage my device", then "Feature settings".
- Select the "Voicemail PIN" option.
- Tap "Reset PIN". You will receive a temporary PIN in your email to access your voicemail and set a new and permanent PIN.
