I would like to know why I keep getting all my correspondence from you in French when my account is in English. Please send all emails and correspondence in ENGLISH.

How to change your Virgin Plus account language preference in MyAccount App

To update your language settings in the MyAccount app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the MyAccount app on your device.
  2. Tap the Profile icon located in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Profile from the menu.
  4. Choose Mobility bill – your account number.
  5. Tap Language to update your preferred language.
  6. If needed, adjust your Mobility agreement language as well.

I have just signed up with Virgin and any communication I get (emails & texts) is in French. How can I get those communications to come in English?

Hello, All is good in my profile and English is my chosen language however I still get promo emails in French. I would prefer English emails or at the very least bilingual.
