I seen an email for Feb 2026 for another 6 dollar increase , not happy at all . Will be looking into other options in the new year

This $6.00 was across all BELL owned services including my Virgin Mobile and Home services so I called to ask what was the source of the increase. It seems BELL just went to the CRTC and said we need to charge $6 more and the CRTC approved it??? But get this-they then made me an offer to remove the $6 monthly fee if I agreed to a 2 year internet contract. This is Hilarious, I have been a Bell customer for more than 28 years, where do they think I am going? And it gets better, if I agree to the 2 year contract and for some reason leave earlier then there is a fee of $463!!! I asked the rep, does that even make sense to you, if I've been here for 28 years but I take and leave a 2 year contract you get $463 of my money???? Anyway I left it at that because I am simply not going to pay the extra $6.00 per month and see what they will do to me, a customer of almost 30 years!

Just noticed my bill also increased 6$ per month - no notice given to me from the company. Already switched my phone plan, and that was even before I noticed this. Some Canadian carriers are wild.

Yes, companies seem to hook you in with NEW activations which are cheaper and offer more than the my current plan, and the only way you can reduce your monthly is to switch companies constantly. Very frustrating because they all behave the same...there is NO longer any retention efforts. Half my family is with Rxgxrs and they also increase the plan every so often but they ALWAYS give you retention offers that match the new price increase but you get more data, international calls, text, etc...for no additional cost. So...I will be switching my 2 lines after only 18 months with Virgin and 2 increases since then. Adios Virgin

My name is Tazree . I am using this virgin mobile plan for last 1.5 years. I was paing 39 dollar per month . But from last January my bill became increased and it became 46 dollar per months. I wanted to know. i do not want to change mobile plan but its goes on i have to change to other company. as I do not want to do that i want your help in this meter.

i agree mine went up to 101 and when i called she basically said tough luck
