Updating mailing address

I need to update my mailing address however I’m having quite a difficult time figuring out how to do that. I’ve been waiting far too long to speak to an actual agent, and the virtual assist is not helping at all.

Welcome to the community and thanks for your post.

You can easily update your billing address directly in your My Account profile.

Please follow the bellow steps :

1. Go to My profile >> Billing
2. Select Billing >> Mobility from your left

From there you will see the option to update your billing address.
