How to change the language of voicemail?

I prefer to speak another language instead of English. How can I change the language of voicemail?

Thank you. It seems that Virgin Plus only provide English and French. However, French is also not my first language. I decide to stay in English.

When I login to voicemail to check my messages, the voice that talks to me is in French. I tried tried to change to English but it didn't work.  I pressed the following: 4=options personels / 2=options de gestions / 9=language boite vocale / 1= anglais ... it then told me that the Language was changed to English, but continues to talk to me in French.   Note: when someone calls me and tries to leave a VM, they hear a message in English.
