I try to access my account, but a pop up kept appearing. I've tried all combinations to enter my account, but none of them worked. Because of this I cannot see anything displayed in my account! What am I supposed to do here....?

I just ported over from Public Mobile and I have had a real difficult time logging into my account (possibly because I have been a Virgin user in the past and formerly had an account).
Currently, every time I try to login I get this weird API pop up. I found a post about the same issue, but the suggested solutions haven't worked for me.
If I try entering my username and PW into that box, nothing happens.
