My Account App Troubleshooting

Hey dear members of our community, 

I have some difficulties that I've met and could not address through call centre or chat agents as I tried and failed several times. 

My question is: 

When I go to My Account App ----> App settings ----> Push Notifications ----> Services  (here is the problem: I cannot turn on the "Services" option).  My spouse is also a Virgin Mobility customer, but his app can open this option; why can't I open it? 

 

Note: My spouse's and my phone are in the same model (both iPhone 11 Pro Max), with the most updated versions and apps, too. Same conditions, but he can open that option; I cannot.

Hi @HarveyDD 

maybe your device is not compatibility model with app,

try to check your device iOS version update date,

if update up to date, then uninstall the app and reinstall. and reboot phone.

Thanks for your reply, @RedRose.  I appreciate it.  I will uninstall, reinstall, and re-login and see if that option can be opened.  I will update here if it goes through. 

Thank you!  I did nothing, but just reinstalled the app, and its now all good!
