Has anyone else had their phone service suddenly degrade over the summer?

Hey! My ability to place a call, receive a call or continue to talk on an existing call has drastically changed over the summer.
In June things were normal, as they always were since I fired up my cell in May of 2025, it worked wonderfully!!
Then, suddenly, it started to stop letting the other person hear me, so many times I said "I'm here, can you hear me?" that I got sick of it and stopped picking up calls.
Then, it stopped letting me dial out... I'd dial a number and the screen would show the number but not say "calling" and then just make a BLURP sound and hang up on me.
Now it may or may-not Send a Text... Once I hit SEND, it will swirl and swirl, sometimes for 5mins before it either: a] sends the text OR b] fails the text Sometimes it says that the text has Failed, but it actually sends it... Other times it will send the text immediately, as it always did in the past...
Is my cell POSSESSED or is there something that's wrong with the service towers??
All the Self-Checkups are great, no issues to fix.... so..... ????
Anyone else.....????

Hey there @Kacey ,
Welcome to the community, and thank you for your post.
It's definitely frustrating to experience poor signal strength, especially in areas where you reside. We understand how disruptive it can be when your phone is often unusable, showing full bars to no bars and/or SOS services.
Network performance can be complex, and we hear your concerns about the coverage maps and the need for improved service. Please keep in mind that many factors can limit signal strength; topography, environmental conditions, line of sight to towers, high number of users in the area, types of buildings in the area, etc.
- To fix a "no service" issue, restart your device and/or toggle Airplane mode on and off.
- Do you know of anyone else in the area having similar issues?
- Have you tried changing the network settings in your phone? Sometimes preventing your phone from searching for 5G can free up resources to focus on LTE instead.
- What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
- Update Software: Have you verified that your device iOS / OS is up to date?
- Have you contacted our technical support team to review and open a ticket?
We also suggest checking out our “How-To” section. There you’ll find plenty of helpful tips and tricks if you’re having issues with your service.
If you have any other questions, feel free to share them with the community.
