Confirming my appointment

I am ordering 100/10 internet service. After completing my order I recieve a 'shopping cart reminder' email - but no confirmation that the appointment has been set. Am I missing something here? Or am I supposed to just assume this page is all the confirmation I require?

Normally, once the appointment is created, you will receive a confirmation email with the details. It is important to check your junk/spam folder to make sure the email was not sent there in error.

You will be contacted prior to the chosen appointment date and time to confirm availability if self-install wasn't an option.

I have an appointment scheduled for a technician to repair my internet modem.  I have been trying since 11 am yesterday but have been unable to confirm the appointment, I keep getting an error message.  Is there another way I can confirm the appointment, I dont want it to be canceled because I have not been able to confirm
