Prepaid Mobility Usage Details

I cannot see the details of my mobility phone calls using virgin but can with telus: Time, date , number called to or from, minutes connected? Is virgin that far behind competitors technology or am I just not looking in  the right place. Signed prepaid customer..

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

you can track your usage details on My Account by following these steps;

  1. Log into My AccountOpens in a new tab or window. Once you enter your phone number, you'll be redirected to the Prepaid log in screen to enter your Password.
  2. On the Welcome tab, you will see your current balance amount, balance expiry date as well as your anniversary date, which is when your monthly plan/add-on payment is due.
  3. Under My Plan and Add-ons, click on the (+) next to Check my usage. You'll see the details for your data as well as voice and text (if applicable).

I have had nothing but problems with Virgin's website for my daughter's prepaid account, and don't get me started on calling to get information as I've tried that and appears that nothing has been done. All I want is to view her usage, minutes used/remaining on calls and to make sure that incoming calls are unlimited as I was told on the phone. There is no place I can find on the MyAccount pages that show usage. I've checked forums and it says that there is supposed to be an option under my plan and add-ons, details, but there is NOTHING, no links, nothing even remotely saying usage, just info about the plan itself (and nothing about unlimited incoming calls). I know I could call for the usage, but then I'd need my daughter's phone and I do better with actually seeing the numbers and can track over time to make sure it's still working for her.

Also, I can't get the automatic top ups to work. When I called, it was supposedly set up, but when the plan rolled over, it she got a text that there weren't enough funds. When I try to click the link for auto top up, it just does a page not found. I can't update the profile page as none of the fields are editable either. I've tried navigating the site from my phone and laptop on Chrome and neither work. Not to mention the extremely slow loading and constantly kicking me out of the account. I know that I can't use the app, since it's for regular accounts. I've tried doing the chat help and it keeps asking me to log in, but it completely removes the chat option once I finally (after numerous tries) get logged in again due to page reloading at random times.

We've only had this account just over a month and I'm seriously considering going elsewhere, even if it means costing a bit more. I'm beyond frustrated at this point.

I need to get an incoming call history document. I need all the incoming calls that I received over the last 12 months or more if possible. I have a pay as you go phone. I can not find a history on my page. Help on this matter would be very appreicated. Thanks

I am on a prepaid plan of 4.5gb of data and unlimited Canada-wide calling and texting each month for $48 + tax.

I am on the road a lot for work, which hasn't been an issue until recently. Typically I can connect to Virgin's network no problem while I'm outside WiFi zones  browse the web, chat on messenger and send text messages, etc. Normal daily activities. Recently, however, I've found my data has been depleted before the month is up. In fact I've had to buy the 4.5gb of data 3 times this week! I can't send Google messages, can't browse the web or check emails... only until I connect to WiFi. Then everything comes flooding in. 

I've tried turning off mobile data, tried turning off Wifi before i leave Wifi zones, checked my APN, tried resetting my network settings, factory reset my phone... Nothing is fixing the issue. 

What am I doing wrong?
