No, Valerie does NOT send the password to my email or text me on my phone. Reset didn't do a thing either. I am close to throwing the thing out the window, but I'll have to wait until the weekend since I work from home.
I don't have any suggestions, but I am having the same problem with Valerie not sending me the admin password. I'm considering either a new modem or a new provider. It depends on how they respond to this.
