Blink camera setup requirement 2.4 Ghz not 5.0 Ghz

Help!I am trying to setup my blink doorbell camera, after a few phone calls they say it is my internet and the camera requires 2.4 gigahertz. And that I currently have 5?what does that mean? What do I do?thank you in advance, rebecca
