The question is why I can’t see the American channels when not connected to wifi. what is the issue with the USA channels?

I can’t find the “more details”. Specifically, why can I not watch ABC, NBC or CBS when off wifi, eg remote access? Just an explanation as I don’t understand why it’s part of my home package but cannot be accessed remote.
