You can't. I had called Virgin, rep said she removed it but it didn't work. Most providers offer voice mail in standard package. Just put it on extended absence greeting permanently. You won't get any messages.
To change your voice mail so that no one is able to leave a message, go into your voice mail and change it to "extended absence greeting" . This way you call let the caller know you are not able to receive messages, and they cannot leave a message ...
