Keep getting message on phone and tv that I need to update the app. I click on update and only choice is unistall or open. No option to update

It appears Virgin is no longer providing on demand access to City TV. Not sure what is happening.....

It started for me about 2pm yesterday. Got up this morning and have not had it happen again, this was 3hrs ago. Yesterday during issue I unistalled and reinstalled the app on my tv. Not sure if that helped or not......

The issue has been corrected for me this morning. No longer getting update pop up and tv working fine again

Still no answer from Virgin. Hope they correct this soon. But yes, castin from my phone is working
