Are you talking about the PPPoE user id and password? Because the three welcome packages that I have (current plus two from before) only talk about Wi-Fi SSID/pwd, not the PPPoE credentials (which I understand that very few users actually need).
I have never been provided PPPoE credentials, either for self-installations or during technician visits. The self-installation package only includes Wi-Fi SSID and WPA2 pwd. I have three of those, for three different Virgin modems through the years. ...
