Wifi calling stopped working

Wifi calling stopped working at home on my Samsung A53 but works when I connect to wifi at work.  I have checked for updates, restarted the phone and the router.  As I don't have cell service where I live, wifi calling has been my life line.

restarting your wireless router and modem may help. The network might have problems that could be resolved by restarting everything. To restart your network hardware: Unplug your router and modem, wait at least 60 seconds, and then plug the modem back in.

If you can't use Wi-Fi calling, you may need to update the phone software to the latest version.

Turn On and Off Airplane Mode

Disable/Enable  Wi-Fi Calling

Check Wi-Fi Is On and Working to another device PC,

Reset Network Settings

Reboot phone.

Thank you for trying to help but I have already done all that with the exception of turning wifi calling off and back on while at home.  You have to have both wifi and cell service in order to do that and my apartment does not have cell service.  Hence the need for wifi calling to work.  It has previously worked for a year.

As I said the minute I walk into work, the wifi calling immediately connects on its own.

try to do your modem Factory Reset,
and in your phone do forget the WiFi and re-enter it again,
