Hey Virgin Plus Members,

As of September 30, Virgin Plus will no longer be offering prepaid plans for new activations.

If you’re an existing Virgin Plus Prepaid member, you don’t need to worry as there won’t be any changes to your prepaid services. You can continue to top up, check your balance, make changes to your plan, and access your Member Benefits as usual, even after September 30, 2024.
