Why does channels I used to watch ,today it says its not included in my package ?

I was watching channel 1663 (Smithsonian Channel) and 1662 (BBC Earth) yesterday, today these are no longer included in my package. The same with other channels I used to watch, it seems every month or week a channel is disappearing in my package. I didn't change settings or line up etc.

From time to time, certain channels will be promoted as free previews for a limited time such as 1663 (Smithsonian Channel) and 1662 (BBC Earth). 

We invite you to visit TV - Virgin PlusOpens in a new tab or window on VirginPlus.ca. Once on the page, scroll down and click on See all channels to review the channels offered in our Core Packs, you will also see the sections Add ons package and A la carte package where you will find details if you wish to add more channels.
