Why do your sales people not tell us you need a fire tv stick to get channels let alone a 4K tv. Now I have no tv service at all until I go buy a 4K tv.
So I guess I’m listening to music and watching TV on my IPhone. But when my internet fee goes from $70/ month to $105.
min 12 months It’s.bye bye Virgin internet.
Very pleased with our Virgin Mobile service tho. Thank You.

I use my Nvidea Shield remote to watch Virgin TV.
I use the pad to call the on screen menu and then to navigate to the desired option. To flip to the previous channel requires several keystrokes. Is there any way to use a remote to do this with a single button (like every other tv service out there)?

I signed up in person, at my local Virgin store. I specifically asked, twice, if i could load thr virgin tv app on my Roku stick, because thats all I have. I was told, yes. Twice. Now I have found out it's useless to me. Unfortunately, I have to cancel, and can't even use it

How do I add a virgins Plus app to NEW TV that has to connect with virgins plus network already in the house I need the app first on my TV before I can access my virgins Plus network.

I have Mi Box also and it restarts about 2-3 times per evening when we are watching the bedroom TV, however I am also running a Fire Stick on our bigger screen and it never crashes.

For the Community to be better able to assist, could you please share further details in regards to the issues with your Mi Box?
- Have you tried plugging the Mi Box into a different TV to see if the issue can be replicated?
- Do other devices plugged into your bedroom TV (i.e. your Fire Stick) experience difficulties?
- Have you deleted and reinstalled the app from the Mi Box?
- Have you completed a factory reset of the Mi Box?
- Beyond that, what other troubleshooting have you personally attempted or completed?

Hello,
i have been trying to get the VirginPlus TV app installed on my Fire TV device for the last couple of weeks without success - when I do find it it says « Unavailable « and will not install.
i have spent time with Amazon support, and all the tricks we have tried have not gotten me any further along to getting to use the service I paid for.
is the app actually supported on the device:

Hi,
The virgin plus tv app has seemed to have disappeared from the apps on our smart TV. We have a Sony smart tv with Google. We had it on the Tv for a couple years now and it just disappeared. I have tried to download it from the App Store but the app simply isn’t there in the App Store. Has something changed is it no longer available?

If not, please provide the following details;
- Have you verified that your Smart TV was updated to it's latest OS version?
- Are you experiencing the same issue on other devices?
- Have you tried logging out of the app store and back in?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
