Virgin Plus TV logged out and I can't log back in

I've had virgin tv for a couple of months. Set up was easy and had no problems until today. I got logged out and can't get back in!
It scans the wifi (also virgin) and says there's no account detected or whatever.
Try to login manually and it says there's no account associated?? I tried changing my password but that didn't help.
Reset internet didn't work.
I don't know what else to do.

It sounds like your account may be suspended or cancelled - this kind of message only comes up when there's an interruption in service to the account in question.
If your internet and/or TV with Virgin Plus are on a separate account from your mobility services, it's important to keep an eye on both and link both to your My Account profile. Please do bear in mind that as the Community is a peer-to-peer support channel, we're unable to speak to the specific circumstances of your account - only in broad strokes.
If you're unsure where to look, you can log into My Account and review your account
