Unable to sign into Crave

Anyone else having trouble connecting to Crave? I start the Crave app on my fire stick and am asked to signin. I go to crave.ca/provider, login to my Virgin account, and 3x I got "TV authorized, wait a minute to connect" but nothing happens on my TV. The 4th time I got a new sign-in process from Bell that wants to connect an email address to my account.

Virgin - if the signing process is changing maybe let your customers know in advance. I am not proceeding until I know it's not a scam. My apologies in advance to the tech I will be speaking to in the morning because I am not a happy customer right now.
