Tv streaming quality

We have been with virgin for tv for a few weeks. We have 100mb download and the Valerie router is less than 30’ away and pretty much has line of site. We use an apple 4K for streaming.
The download speeds are as advertised. The picture is great sometimes but it is very rare to go more than 10-15 minutes without the picture becoming extremely blurry or hanging for a minute or so.
is this the expected product quality?

Even though my internet speed is running about 48 my tv is constantly buffering, what else could cause this?

Hi. The TV quality for the past week has been really good.
Let’s be honest, though. The tech support options pretty much tap out at “have you tried restarting your router/TV/AppleTV?” I spoke with tech support who tried to be as helpful as possible. The thing is you can’t explain why I hadn’t had any pixelating with Disney, Netflix, YouTube or Prime - only with the Virgin app.
I remain optimistic after the past week’s experience

Yes, still having issues with the Chromecast App. I no longer receive the update prompt, but the app freezes and crashes whenever trying to load a channel.
