TV time zone

Hi my account was set up in the eastern time zone.  I’m in the western time zone for the next 2 months.  Trying to switch programming to the Western time zone.  Help please. Thanks

Welcome to the Community and great question. 

Our Virgin Plus TV is a Virgin Plus Home Internet dependent service, which means if you have an eastern service, even if you travel with the Virgin Plus TV app, it will always stay connected to the same service zone. 

In order to connect to the western time zone, your home internet service would need to be connected to a local address there. Currently, Virgin Plus Internet is only available in Ontario and Quebec.
