Feature Request - On Demand Playback speed

I would like to request a feature - the ability to change the playback speed, like 10%, 25%, 50% faster in both delayed and on demand playback.  Bandwidth should not be a concern with today's technology and you can still force commercials to playback at normal speed to satisfy your advertising contracts.
