Can I change how the channels come up ?

Can I change how the tv channels appear in my profile ? So many channels that I don't like to watch and I want to just zero in to channels I want instead of scrolling and Virgin plus is slow.

I have only had Virgin Plus TV installed on a Chromecast device on a Samsung Tizen Android tv. I still have a cable service attached to my TV but I wanted an additional channel attached to my Virgin Plus Tv account. I had hoped that getting to my favorite channels on the Virgin Plus app, there have been a couple of times that I have found myself flung back to the lowest station and in need of having to reselect Favorites in my Channel Guides. To make matters worse, when I go into the channel guide settings, nothing is selected. I have yet to find out how to issue voice commands to get the Chromecast to open the Virgin Plus app and go directly to my desired station/program. 

Not too happy with all of this so far.

I have selected only two channels to appear in my FAVORITES. I then select only the FAVORITES in the Guide Filters. But for some unknown reason, from time-to-time, the Guide Filters uncheck everything and I have to reselect FAVORITES in order to see only those 2 channels. I doubt that there is any known solution to this problem, so my only reason for posting this here is so that the powers that be do something to fix it. Surely I'm not the only one suffering from this issue.
