Amazon.ca digital orders

I have noticed 3 digital orders in the last week. I do not understand where they are coming from. They are for "Starz", "The Great Course Signature collection" and "Prime Membership Fee" The membership fee is probably legit. The other two I did not order? What do I do.

Still find it very confusing and only accidentally come across what I want. Did not find any tutorial.
