SportsNet offers free access to their streaming app (Sportsnet Now) to users with subscriptions. They require credentials from your service provider.

They will not accept Virgin Plus as a valid provider.

We are investigating the issue preventing service provider logins and will update this thread as soon as we can.

 

 

UPDATE: Any lingering issues some may have been experiencing when attempting to log in to certain apps have been resolved.

UPDATE

As of August 15th, 2022 Virgin Plus customers should be able to login to Sportsnet Now using their Virgin Plus TV credentials.

 

 

OK. It's been 9 months. Still waiting.

Hi SportsFan.......Has this issue been resolved for you? Have install next week but if my hubby can't get his NFL games it will have to be a hard no on switching to Virgin. Appreciate any guidance. Thanks!!

 

Hi, I’m trying to login to Sportsnet app with my Virgin credentials as Virgin is an option to login with my account, but it isn’t working. Any suggestions why I can’t log into Sportsnet? Thanks.

When you enter your credentials, are you receiving an error message of any kind?

It just kicks you back to the log in page

I'm trying to sign in with my Virgin login details but after I enter them and click next the screen just gets stuck trying to load. I've tried on multiple browses and I have the same issue.

I have the same issue with all apps (TSN, Sportsnet ,Global etc.) and cannot login to them using my VirginPlus username and password. It either kicks me out or says I am not authorized. It looks like this has been an issue for a year - please provide a solution.
