Is there a way to count my text messages to a single number? 

or download all my text messages to an excel file?

Welcome to the community and thanks for your post. 

You can follow the below steps to filter throughout your usage;

1. On your My Account landing page from a web browser, click My services and select your mobile number.

2. Select My Usage

3. Scroll down and select View usage details

4. Utilize the Filters to locate the desired information (Virgin Plus does not have the ability to provide other details outside of the provided usage details in My Account)

I had a certain contact on my previous phone, which is now broken. I texted them a few times and they texted me back a few times too. I know their first name, and I had probably added them as a contact on the old phone (Android). I never had my contacts syncing to my Google account.

I got a new phone and a new SIM card, and I lost that person's phone number. The old phone's screen is totally broken and I don't think the phone turns on anymore. I am going to try taking the SIM card from that previous phone and putting it in my new phone for a second, just to see if I might have stored any contacts on that SIM card. 

I'm wondering if there's any other way I can find this contact and the phone number now? Would Virgin Mobile maybe give me a list of the phone numbers I've texted in the past year (it was around October 2024)?
