how to use IP relay

I was wondering if anyone can point me to a detailed walk through on how to use / setup Virgins IP relay software / site. Im hard of hearing and as much as i appreciate the fact i can turn on captioning on my android it is not always an acceptable solution for me to be able to communicate. If anyone knows of videos / walkthroughs / instructions other than the https://www.virginplus.ca/en/support/accessibility/ip-relay.html page i would love to see them on how to fully use this service ... i had asked virgin once previously via webchat to walk me through how to set it up and use it their solution was to phone in.....

Any help would be muchly appreciated.

i have tried multiple days and multiple times to reply with my name account number email and the ip relay number i was provided the forums messaging keeps saying about html and daily message limits. Luckily i only have 4 months left on contract this is beyond frustrating

There could be a few different reasons why it is not allowing you to reply, below are a few tricks you can try to resolve the issue;

  • When ready to reply, only press Reply once and allow the page to fully load and send the message.
  • Clear your browsers cookies and cache and try again.
  • Try a different browser.
  • If you're using a VPN, try turning it off before accessing Community.
  • Try in incognito mode.

Give those a try and let us know if you're still faced with the issue.
