how to unblock data

I've blocked the data usage on one of my plans and now want to unblock it.  The option to change it is not available in My Account settings.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

You're correct, the ability to add or remove a data block is not available in My Account. Both adding and removing a data block would require connecting with member care.

Please, how do I unblock my data? I need help.

I have recently changed my phone plan to have data. But I have a data blocker and I am not able to remove it. And not able to get data. Please help.
