device not working

I took Samsung S22 from virgin mobile last month and now the device is not working. All of a sudden the screen went black and when plugged to the charger, it is not charging. What should I do? who should I call?

If you're experiencing screen and or charging issues under 1yr from your purchase date; your S22 could be covered under the 1yr Manufacturer's Warranty barring any damage.
