As the title days, upgraded this week to Samsung s23 UI6 Android 14. Since then cannot get wifi calling to work.
It's enabled in settings and i did it again with address verification. I have very bad reception in the area and wifi calling if the only way to get a call to work.

So here's what fixed my issue. With the Android 14 update, Samsung requires location to be enabled all the time for WiFi calling to work.
- Enable location on your phone.
- Enable Wi-Fi calling.
- Restart the phone and it should work.
You may have to allow location permission in your "Phone" app as well. This is your dialer app, open dialer/phone app > settings > about phone > settings again on top right > enable location services option here > then restart the phone.
As soon as i disable location and restart, the wifi calling icon goes away. No idea why this has been changed by Samsung

Hi there, @40yruser. Welcome to the Virgin Plus Community, and thanks for your post.
As the issue began when you upgraded to Android 14, could you try resetting your network settings from your phone's settings? If you're unsure as to how, check out the step-by-step instructions below:
- Navigate: Settings > General management > Reset.
- Tap Reset network settings.
- Review the info then tap Reset settings.
- If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
- To confirm, review the info then tap Reset.
Give that a try, and let us know if you see any change. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hello Kris,
After resetting, i configured wifi calling again and restarted the phone.
Still no luck.
Can you confirm Android 14 is "certified" for wifi calling on Samsung s23 at Virgin Mobile?
