Why am I receiving texts from Virgin trying to sell. I wish to unsubscribe. I trust no texts.

I have no issue with texts from Virgin regarding my monthly invoice, it is the other texts I do not wish to see from Virgin. Thank you. The Communication Preferences are very difficult to correctly check off to get what I wish.
