When calling numbers where I need to respond to prompts I cannot.

Hi!

I noticed something really weird today while trying to access my voicemail and realized it applies to non-Virgin numbers as well. Any time I call a number and have to respond to prompts by pressing a number value (ex. Press 1 for English) I can hear the key tone and a number appears on my screen but the computer on the other side does not register the input. I’ve tried my voicemail, 611 and my bank just to be sure and every time I get a failed call when I try to respond to the prompts.

I’m using a barely 2 month old iPhone 11. Please help!

Have you rebooted your phone? Try that. Also make sure you have the latest software.

I'm having the same issue off & on (among others) and virgin is ignoring it. Been given the run around for over 2 weeks.
