i am an existing customer and would like to buy a used phone, it seems impossible, any help?

if i was able to buy a used phone on line from virgin i would not have asked for help here, problem is, i get to the" are you an existing member' I reply yes, i am then shown only the new phones for sale, i have phoned, chatted, talked to a supervisor, answer i got from everyone is, i cant help you, you can only buy on line, even the supervisor could not help, said sorry, simple question, i want to buy a used phone to replace my existing phone, i find it ridiculous that i cant and that know one at virgin can help

Hi @chrisbassman.
You need to be logged into your My Account profile and upgrade through the Upgrade Now option when reviewing your device.
You'll be able to tell which options are Certified Pre-Loved, as they'll say (Certified Pre-Loved - Like New) and will be separate from the brand new options of the same phone. Take a look at the screenshot below for reference.

Thank you Kris, you are the 1st person who could help me out, a little disappointed i cant just order a phone without changing my current plan to more expensive one but at least i got a strait answer from you, thanks
