Im using Virgin (Bell frequency) on a 2015 Audi A3 MMI unit to achieve Google Earth navigation. But the connection status is stuck on 3G as seen in pic:
APN setting is correct. What can i do? Maybe the car doesnt support Virgin(Bell) LTE frequency?

Quick search says that Audi 2015 A3 MMI only supports 3G frequency (LTE is 2016 or 2017 models onwards). Which could mean that even if the APN is correct it may just not support the LTE frequency like you assumed. Because of the frequency mismatch you may not be able to use google earth which would generally require a LTE frequency now.
Have you tried hotspotting?
You could probably ask the Audi dealership whether your car should function on the virgin frequency. They'd probably ask for your car's VIN. If they say it supports it, you can probably try contacting virgin again to see what you can do about your sim card, although that's probably moot if your car itself doesn't support LTE.
