Hi @Rickdill

You can go to Settings > Messages to check if the MMS Messaging is toggled on. If not, tap the switch to turn it on. If it's on, you can turn the feature off and on again to refresh the MMS function.

  • Try Reset Network Settings
  • Verify Correct APN Settings
  • Check Software Update up to date
  • Check Update Your Message App
  • Clear the message app cache and clear data
  • If using advance messaging, try turning the feature off in your settings

Reboot both device

Hi @Rickdill

do you Clear the message app cache and clear data
turn on your data service provide not WiFi and ask your friend has the iphone is the data service is on !

if your issue with only one number can't send photos delete the number from your device and re-add with +1 in front of area code.

if your issue with all friends can't send photos then try your SIM card in other device, if is working from another device then try to Backup your staf and do factory reset.

but if your SIM card is not working from another device and your data service provide not WiFi just to you know, is working fine then contact to support team to open a ticket to fix it for you.

Thanks I got it working with what you told me to do, I wasn't sure about the APN but I figured it out. Thank you

I cannot send photos from my Samsung phone using Samsung Messages to another person on Virgin. I can send the photo to a non Virgin user, and can send it in a group chat that consists of both Virgin and not virgin customers.

Why can't I send to Virgin customers?

It's not just the Google Pixel phone that will not send images to an iPhone. I have been having that issue now for weeks with a Samsung S53! The instructions that I have found online to help with this issue do not work.

I have a (Xaiomi) Redmi Note 12 turbo, I could send pic messages when I was with Tellus but not now that I switched to Virgin. I've tried just about everything..

I bought a global version Xiaomi Ultra 14 phone recently and have an issue with sending mms messages.  I cannot send or receive any messages with pictures or GIFs.  When I got a voice message, Virgin Mobile usually sends me a text message with the voice mail message in an attachment and I cannot receive the notification from Virgin Mobile too.  It has become a problem.  Can anyone has similar experience and help?  Thanks.
